Leaf stone (mainsite don't seem right)

Leaf stone where is it?
I have checked the main site but that say's fiery path which I do not believe, it seems relieable that it may be in the safari zone but I'm not sure so where is the leaf stone.(I need it for Kazu)

Go to Fortree go to route 119(left). Walk down but don't cross the bridge, walk down to the water and surf all the way down until you can't go further. On you'r left(or was is right) side there will be a leaf stone.
