IMO, anyone who puts the Regi's as most boring or weakest has no idea WTH they're talking about.....Which is pretty much everybody here. Yay for degenerates

Coolest: Registeel

Boring: Mewtwo

Intimidating: The Regi's. Weird answer, but their faces betray no emotion and you can't tell what they're thinking or planning. That's actually a lot more frightening than knowing the peril you're in, IMO.

Cute: I'd have to say Jirachi. Mew is fugly, and Celebi's decent-looking. Jirachi just wins, though.

Powerful: Suicune, Regice, Registeel, Lugia, Deoxys LG, or Regirock. All of them have excellent Defenses and/or HP. Being Uber powerful means nothing if Choice Band Caterpie owns your back end ._.

Weak: Articuno. Should be tops of every list, IMO, because Articuno is undeniably one of the most useless Pokémon in history, let alone amongst the Legendaries. Sadly, Registeel has no real use, but at least it doesn't die to everything and has a lot of cool resists.

Did I mention that Articuno has the movepool of a Magikarp?

My Favouite: Tough call, but I would have to say Regirock. It always struck me as noble and proud. And it's also a spectacular battler, which is more than I can say for the likes of Rayquaza, Mewtwo, or Articuno. And to anyone who says Regirock is an inept battler, please STFU right away, because you obviously don't know how to battle.

Coolest: Suicune. Yay water wolves! Latios is neat too. And Lugia...I can't decide!
Boring: Regirock. It looks so plain.
Intimidating: Groudon. Maxie's got a lot of balls for waking that big boy up.
Cute: Latias. I WANT A LATIAS PLUSHIE DAMMIT T_T
Powerful: Suicune, Lugia. Tanks are phun!
Weak: Celebi. I'd say the Regis, but I haven't gotten any yet.
Favorite overall: Tie. Latias is cute, friendly, and powerful, Lugia reminds me of a mother goddess, and Suicune is a wolf! Yey wolfies!

I'm thinking of trying out the Regis, but it's pure agony to level up a wailmer.

In my opinions:

Coolest: Mewtwo is just awesome. He doesn't just look cool; he acts it, too. Always calm, cool, and collective. He rocks.
Cutest: Mew! It's just sooo adorible! How could anyone not love it?! *huggles*
Smartest: Ho-Oh seems quite wise and intelligent with its piercing eyes, but I think Mewtwo also seems quite intelligent, what with being a Psychic type and all.
Most elegant: Lugia and Ho-Oh have always seemed sleek and elegant to me, though I never really liked them.
Most boring: Regirock never caught me as being exciting or interesting. It's just a pile of rocks.
Most annoying: Jirachi. I don't know why.
Most intimidating: Groudon is big and red and spiky and the 'titan of the earth' or something.
Strangest: Deoxys. It comes from space, it can change its form and is just weird overall.
Most powerful: Mewtwo was created to be the most powerful, being a clone of the first Pokémon in existance. His Psychic abilities are only matched by Mew.
Weakest: Jirachi and Registeel catch me as weak. Registeel seems like it has a crappy defence and offence, and it's slow and clunky. Jirachi just looks weak.

Personal favourite: Mewtwo and Mew! THEY ROCK YOUR SOCKS. Bow to them, for they pwn you.

Coolest would be between Mewtwo, Lugia and Deoxys. Psycho freaks look very cool, and Lugia is an outstanding creature too.

Boring would be Mew or Groudon. One is just a pink thing, and the other is just a dinosaur...

Intimidating would be Entei. That thing looks fearsome.

Cute would be Latias. I like her, and even with such awkward body, she can look very nice and cute.

Powerful would be most of them except Latias and the over-cutesy Trio...

Weak would be Latias too. She looks very frail.

My favorites are Ho-Oh and Latias. Ho-Oh is majestic, imposing and of paramount importance in the world, or so it seems. Latias is very cute and feminine, which I like.
