Ledians nature and evs

This is the ledian i want to use but i am not sure what nature it should be and where to put evs.These are its attacks and its ability.

ability:swarm
attacks:silver wind
baton pass
agility
sword dance

You might want Swords Dance if you want to even think about using Silver Wind. I wouldn't use it at all, but whatever.

No i am definately using it.It is for the uu prodject and it is also one of my favourite pokes.

I have edited it to have sword dance but where shall i put its evs and what nature shall it be
