You can find it at either the S.S. Tidal or in the Battle Frontier, both after you have beaten the Pokémon League.

In the S.S Tidal,you find leftovers in a trash bin down the stairs.You'll have to fight two trainers.
In the battle shop,you can exchange one with 48 BP.

If you get a Pokemon with Pickup and is from levels 81-100, it will very rarely pick up some Leftovers.

actually if you do some clever manuvering you can avoid the trainers. the leftovers in the trash can in the ship is the fastest and easiest way to get it.
