Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap

I have a bit of a problem with the game.....

I'm in Mount Crenel, and have gotten to the point where I have to use the gust jar to suck up the dust that's covering a Minish portal stone.

I have put the green bean in the hole and returned to my normal size. One problem.... I keep watering it and it won't grow.

I went into the water cave that had the heart container and the water from there dosen't work. I went back to Mount Crenel Base to get water from there and it won't make the bean grow either.

There's a Minish dude living in a hole next to the stone, saying that Green beans need Mineral Water to grow. Elzo said so too. But from both areas I went, their water was labeled as just Water.

Where do I get the Mineral Water?

Right when you get into the Mount Crennel Base area. There's a little platue with some green liquid in it. That's Mount Crennel Mineral water.
