Rated: I'm not too sure, but I'm rating it PG-13 because it has a perverted Deoxys & mentioning of sex. Mods & Admins please tell me if the rating is too low so I can raise it if you want. If you don't like Mewshipping, don't read it. And another thing, legendary trios will be brothers & sisters as well as Latias & Latios (durrrr) I do slightly like Deoxys, but I needed to have one Pokemon being the pervy one & he had to be it. OK, I'll stop blabbering now...
Synopsis: The legendaries go to school?! What surprises will be in store for them? The rarest Pokemon find out that school life is much harder than fighting in the battlefield at their homes!

One day in the Legendary Pokemon Meeting, Jirachi had some news
"We have to go to school." she said.
"WHAT?! ONLY HUMANS CAN GO TO SCHOOL!" the others cried.
"Some big Hand guy told us to... the one Mewtwo knew."
"Don't blame me, Deoxys was the one who decided to enter us." Mewtwo snapped back. The rest glared at Deoxys while the space Pokemon sweatdropped.
"Well we have to go tomorrow. I'll go get the equipment." Jirachi said & teleported carrying weird pencils & such that the Pokemon could hold with their wings/paws/fngers. They all flew to their homes, talking about the school day tomorrow.

"Regirock, Regice hurry up! We're gonna be late!" Registeel, the oldest of the Regi brothers yelled. The robot legendaries hurried down the corridors & up some stairs into a small room where the other legends sat at desks. The Regi bros. sat down & Crazy Hand floated into the room. Some of the Pokemon reconised him from The Super Smash Brothers tornaments. The hand began to speak.
"Right I am Mr Crazy-"
"Frog!" s******ed Latias.
"Latias, shhhhh!" hushed her brother, Latios.
"-Hand & I shall be your form tutor. If I find you have been misbehaving, you will go to the headteacher, Mr Master Hand, my brother."
The Pokemon proceeded to listen to school rules, get given timetables, blah, blah, blah. Well, most Pokemon were. Latias was giggling at a joke Zapdos was telling her, Entei was falling asleep letting out big-legendary-dog yawns & Deoxys was thinking dirty thoughts about everyone...
After Crazy's lecture, the bell rang & Mewtwo floated up to Mew.
"Mew, will you sit next to me in English?" Mewtwo asked.
"Yeah sure." she replied. They got to English & sat down next to Mew's friend Articuno. Articuno smiled & waved. She was sat next to her best friend, Rayquaza.
"Hiya Mew! Hi Mewtwo! How are the lovecats today?" Articuno always said this when she saw them both.
"Heh heh, we're fine!" giggled Mew. The four Pokemon got out their pencil cases & pens as did the others. The English teacher was an Espeon. A very pretty looking Pokemon, especially to Deoxys.
"Hello year 9 top set my name is Miss Psychna & I am teaching you English." the Espeon introduced. "What is your name?" she asked, pointing to Celebi.
"Celebi. We are called by our species names, since there is only one of us each." Celebi answered cheekily.
"Well I'm quite aware of that Miss Celebi, could you please hand out the text books." Miss Psychna said sternly & with a sigh, Celebi began handing out the books.
"OK, open your text books to page 7 & do questions 1 to 10." the Espeon teacher said. The Pokemon all got to work, chatting about random things until the bell rang meaning it was the second lesson.
"Hey, it's Art now!" Mew cheered
"Art? What is that?" asked Rayquaza
"It means creating pictures with pencils or other things. You can do Art with anything." explained Mewtwo. "You'll find out soon enough." Mewtwo knew about Art because Mew had told him, & he was ready to shock everyone...
They got into the Art classroom & sat down. The Art teacher also let them sit where they wanted. The teacher asked the Pokemon to draw their favourite thing to see how well the class could draw. Mewtwo knew this was going to be easy. He began drawing Mew. He was the best drawer in the class, with Mew coming a close second. Articuno seemed not to be showing anyone her drawing, not even to Rayquaza, Mewtwo or Mew.
"Hey, let's have a look-"
"No Rayquaza I'll show you another time!" Articuno said while handing it in to the teacher who was an Absol called Mr Shadows.
"Fiiiiine." moaned the green snake dragon. The school bell rang again to confirm that it was break time. Mewtwo & Mew flew out into the yard & chatted to Lugia, Ho-Oh, Suicune, Latias & Latios.
"Hey where's Articuno & Rayquaza?" asked Mew
"Who knows? They could be doing 'things'." Latias replied with a s****** while Latios tutted. They all looked round to see Articuno & Rayquaza fly over looking a little ruffled. Celebi flew into the yard & laughed her head off! She also started singing...
"Where have you guys been? Why your feathers out of place Arti? Ooooo Articuno & Rayquaza sittin' in a tree! DOING WHAT THEY SHOULDN'T BE! BEGINS WITH 'S' ENDS WITH 'X' OH MY GOD IT MUST BE-"
"Shut up Cel." replied Rayquaza. "Articuno was showing me the picture she did in Art." he blushed pink at this moment. Mewtwo saw that Articuno was blushing as well. Soon in about five minutes, all the legends wondered about Articuno & Rayquaza's relationship. They were all gossiping about it & they were all pretty surprised except Mew, who claimed that the two were perfect together anyway. Next up was Geography. The stroppy Mrs Cheesse, the Raticate, meant that the class had to sit in alphabetical order or in a boy-girl pattern. Not a problem for Mew & Mewtwo however, since their names came next to eachother, but Articuno & Rayquaza had to sit on different tables & to Latias's horror, her older brother Latios was sat next to her, & he was making sure she didn't get into trouble. Poor Articuno had to sit next to Deoxys the pervert.
"Hiya baby, wanna fly with me sometime?" he said, transforming into his attack form to show off his puny muscles.
"GET LOST DEOXYS!" yelled Articuno
Mewtwo & Mew were chatting until Mewtwo looked over & realised something defenately odd.
"Hang on, Groudon & Kyogre haven't been fighting at all since we came here?!" he exclaimed.
"Weiiird." agreed Mew. "What has this place done to them?!" she copied a bit more out from the book they were supposed to copy from. Meanwhile Lugia was talking to Latias & shuffling nervously in his seat whenever she mentioned Ho-Oh.
"Latias shuddup!" Latios whispered angrily. "You'll get a detention!"
"Oh for Draigel's* sake Latios have a little fun!" whispered Latias. The bell rung another time. Lunch. The Pokemon charged outside & ripped open their packed lunches since the school meals were horrible. Entei was trying to bribe Lugia or Kyogre to give him a chocolate bar while Kyogre glanced nervously at Groudon, who was chatting happily to her best friend Ho-Oh. Latios actually got along with somebody - Moltres, who was also very protective over her siblings. Latias was playing with Raikou, and the others were playing Truth Or Dare.
"Can I play?" asked Deoxys. "I'm good at any kind of play... with anyone..." he added with a smirk.
"No Deoxys you pervert, GO AWAY!" snapped Mew. "Wait I have an idea... OK you can play!"
"Huh?" pondered the others.
"He'll do any dare we tell him to!" whispered Mew to the others. They all agreed & let Deoxys play Truth Or Dare. Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Entei & Raikou came over as well. Mew spun her empty Froot Shoot bottle (it's an E-number packed fruit drink, mwahahaha!) round & it landed on Latias.
"Latias, truth or DARE!?" Mew asked.
"I would like a dare please!" Latias answered.
"Hmmmmm... how about... I got it! I dare you to kiss Raikou!" dared Jirachi. Raikou blushed while Latios & Moltres tutted at how people can play a game like that & they started to chat about Maths problems. Latias giggled & gave Raikou a peck on the lips. Latios tutted again & continued to look in his Maths book with Moltres.
"OK Articuno, it's your turn!" laughed Articuno's brother, Zapdos as the bottle stopped at her.
"Errr... truth." Articuno decided. She knew her & Rayquaza's secret was going to come out anyway.
"IS IT TRUE YOU ARE GOING OUT WITH RAYQUAZA!" everyone except Latios, Moltres, Articuno & Rayquaza shouted.
"...Yes..." Articuno & Rayquaza choked
"Wheeee! ARTICUNO & RAYQUAZA SITTING IN A TREE! DOING WHAT THEY SHOULDN'T BE!" laughed Celebi
"Can I do something with them?" Deoxys grinned
"NO!" everyone yelled
"Aww..."
"Well Deoxys it's not our fault you're a pervert crossed with a space virus created in space." snapped Mew. Deoxys smirked while Mewtwo glared at him & spun the bottle round again. This time it stopped on Groudon.
'OH NOOOOOOOOOO!' thought Groudon. She sweatdropped.
"Errr... dare..." she said quietly.
"OK..." grinned Mew, noticing her unconfortableness. "I dare you to go up to the one you love & say I love you!"
'OH NO!' thought Groudon. As she stood up, luckily for her, the bell went & the Pokemon charged inside.

"OK, we do not accept chewing gum in this school Latias, bin it!" snapped Crazy Hand. Latios frowned at his sister as she floated over to the bin & spat her chewing gum out. The bell rang again & Mew decided she was going to be playing Cupid once again as she flew to RE.

In RE, Kyogre & Lugia turned up late as usual. The only seats were next to Ho-Oh, or next to Groudon. Lugia instantly flew over to Ho-Oh's table, as he wanted Kyogre to sit next to Groudon.
"Sir!" he said. "Me & Groudon aren't allowed to sit next to eachother becuase we fight!" moaned Kyogre.
"Stop whinging you can sit somewhere else next lesson if you're earlier." the teacher replied. Kyogre went into a sulk as Groudon shuffled nervously in her seat.
"WHAT THE-" Mew almost yelled. She was sat at the back next to Mewtwo, Articuno & Rayquaza.
"Mew, what's up?" asked Articuno.
"Oh_my_GOD! You'll never believe it!" Mew flapped.
"Well I won't if I don't even know what it is!" laughed Articuno.
"Well, just look at Groudon..." Mew began, & Articuno could tell what she was thinking by just looking at Groudon.
"WOAH!"
"Mewtwo, I know you don't like doing this, but could you read Groudon's mind? Please?" asked Ho-Oh from the table in front. "She IS my best friend."
Mewtwo didn't feel comfortable about this, but she wasn't exactly going to find out, & if they found something was wrong, they could help her but of course without letting her know that Mewtwo read her mind. Sighing he eventually did, & what he found nearly made him fall off his chair! But he stopped using his levitation powers.
"She... loves Kyogre... & he feels the same way but she doesn't know that..." Mewtwo telepathically told the others. Mew & Articuno gasped, Ho-Oh nearly fainted, Lugia & Rayquaza sweatdropped.
"Heheh... we kinda already knew..." said the sweatdropping Pokemon. Deoxys was trying to chat up Groudon, but she was ignoring the pervy Pokemon as she stared at Kyogre with love in her eyes. Kyogre gulped & started blushing as he returned to his work. The bell rang again & it was the final lesson. History.
"Riiiiiiight... sit down then. Riiiiiight..." said the History teacher. "Take out your books." Jirachi had a plan.
"SIR I'M FEELING SICK I'M GONNA PUKE ANY SECOND NOW!" she shouted. The History teacher had a look of horror on his face.
"Riiight go to the nurse's office riiiiight!" he panicked. Mewtwo tutted. Their History teacher wasn't going to teach them anything at this rate. The History teacher then droned on in the same odd voice & said they had to copy down one sentence from a book so that they could watch a video about the Kanto Eilte Four in the 1930's. Finally, to everyone's relief, the bell rang again signalling the end of the school day. The Pokemon all rushed home, dreading the next day of what horrors of school await them...

There's going to be five chapters & if this story is well liked then there will be a Legendary Madness Story 2 - TV Shows!
By the way the history teacher is based on my old real one before he got shipped off to a mental home (true story).

Day 1: Monday
