Use the Pokedex. The two Controlers (Kyogre and Groudon) Are around evrywhere. Ho-oh and Lugia only throgh Ninendo events or Colosuem and XD. Mew Action Replay or NIntendo event

Kyogre/Groudon: after the Elite 4, fo to the Weather Institute. The guy in the 2nd floor will tell you that there is an excessive amount of sunlight or rain around a certain route. The entrance to Terra Cave will be where the sunlight is, while the entrance to Marine Cave (a diving spot) will be where the rain is.

You can only get to Navel Rock by getting the Mystic Ticket at a Nintendo Event.
And you can only get to Faraway Island by getting the Old Sea Chart from a Nintendo Event, but that's currently only available in Japan.

Here: http://www.serebii.net/games/events.shtml
that's everything you need.

a few tips for catching kyogre: use net balls. if you can trade a kyogre from another game, repeat balls are even better. and shedinja is the best wall ever against kyogre, because nothing it does can touch it.

I h8 power. It <3 me
Well, If you want to catch Kyogre easily, you better take advantage of the long battle. Like use a high defence & attack pokemon eg.Rayquaza. when it's weak enough, use a timer ball.

yeah, thanks, and thank god for catching a nincada recently, and evolving it otherwise i wouldn't have a shedinja i also noticed that shedinja only has certain attacks that can hurt it, does a shedinja always have 1 hp point?
and does it always have the same attacks as your ninjask? does it learn attacks? does anybody know of the pokemon from artisan cave?

shedinja always has 1 HP. it knows all the same attacks at the ninjask does immediately after evolving, and it has its own list of level-up moves, which can be found right here: http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/292.shtml

the pokemon in artisan cave are known as smeargle. they can learn every move in the game, but their stats are horrible.

if u still have alot more Ulta balls left after battling Groundon you can try to use them also.Plus I had only 30 netballs in stock with me and I tried to use them to catch kyogre wen ever it looked like 1 more attack from me or if it uses Double-Edge It would faint. It poped out of the 30 netballs i had and 15 ultra balls until i captured it.If u hav a strong pokemon that knows Hypnosis you can place it to sleep and keep on throwing balls(Net/Ultra Balls) at it until u capture it.

This is where to find the legendaries on Emerald.
Rayquaza: Sky Pillar
Groudon: Terra Cave
Kyogre: Marine Cave
Regirock: In the desert near Lavaridge Town
Regice: In Route 105
Registeel: In Route 120
Lati@s: After you beat the Elite 4 a commercial will be showing on the tv. After it's done, your mom will ask what color it was. Choose blue if you want Latios, choose red if you want Latias.
Lugia/Ho-oh: Navel Rock
Deoxys: Birth Island
Mew: Faraway Island

Note: You have to solve a puzzle first before you can get the regi's, and for
Deoxys, Mew, Ho-oh, and Lugia, you have to go to nintendo events.
