Since vol. 22 will pick up where vol. 21 left off, contents of vol. 22 will naturally include all the chapters released on Netkun which have not been compiled into 21 yet. The link Jade provided gives you the rough idea of how many chapters there are, and this Temporary RSE Summaries sticky will basically be the content of vol. 22, with additions or corrections that usually accompany the compilations of course.
Meanwhile, I think the discussion you're looking for will be better carried out at each month's plot discussion thread, the newest one being the July one, since these are technically what vol. 22's happenings will be for RSE.
