I know this applys to all pokemon rpg games but have you ever seen level 1 pokemon, or is the lowest level 2? I have never seen level 1's so, level 1 pokemon in the games do not exist?

Yes, very well said. Cheating is really screwed. I let my friend borrow my game and he used an AR on it. Then I had 7 BAD EGGs and no way to get rid of them and I had to start a new game. DON'T USE CHEAT CODES!

ANYWAYS...
I've only seen lvl. 2's runnin' around.

if you get, in R/B/Y, a pokemon with a level higher than 100, you can feed it rare candies over and over again. eventually, when it's level 255 and you feed it another RC, it goes to level 0 (and if it's an 'M, it evolves into kangaskhan). that's the only way to do it without a GS/AR.

That's exactly what happened to my Snorlax and Golbat in Blue. He's asking about RSE anyway.

I'm a girl... And I'm talking about all pokemon games. And never cheat, in pokemon games. I don't have a gameshark. So All i wanted to know is why there are no level 1's and what people think about it.

As with any RPG (not just pokemon), level 1 is almost always reserved as a "training" level. Meaning The only time you ever see a level 1 is when the game is giving you a starting walkthrough where you always level up to level 2 before leaving (unless you find a glitch out). Since there is no training walkthrough in pokemon there is no need for level 1's.
Thus is why we see no level 1's

Yeah, well I could see if it was an online game, THEN it would be stupid to do. People whine about it when it doesnt even affect their copy of the game.

And how is having a level 0 or 1 cheating? How the hell does that give the user an advantage?

Alright, this was answered in the second post and all of the other posts are basically repeating @_@. Level 2 is the lowest you can see in the wild without cheating.
