It looks fine. And keep Psychic>Dragon Claw on Latios. Dragon Claw doesn't really do much.

^I agree w/Somebody, the only thing DClaw really hurts are Dragons, which Psychic still hurts anyway. 389 S.Atk Psychic kills.

Here is my Latios moveset,I assure you,it rocks.

Recovery(HEALTH)
Psychic(STAB)
Ice Beam(FULLY EVOLVED DRAGONS)
SolarBeam(OPTIONAL)

With this moveset my Latios is my most powerful POKéMON out of my 7 LV100

boltbeam/CM/psychic or recover even though DC gets stab it only gets super effective over dragons which ice beam does anyway. and psychic is stronger but u could use recover.
