level one dungeon strategies

anyone no any? i need help. here are some:
electrode: sonicboom lvl1. 55 dmg long range
articuno: powder snow lv1. all foes hit.
charizard: heat wave lv1. all foes hit.
alakazam: teleport out of monster houses
bulbasaur: fast level up
mew: all tms. fast lvl up.
mewtwo: fast lv up.
gengar: go thru walls
tight belt: no hunger
pichu: lv up fast
joy ribbon: lv up fast
pass scarf: most moves dont hit you
shedinja + pass scarf: invincible!
joy seed: fast lvl up.

have either mew and/or charizard with you use the first few floors to level up and always have a max elixir or do it the cheap way take a tight belt and a gengar or any ghost pokemon and go thru the walls and try not to battle

I got Pwned in Purity Forest as Charizard, and I don't have Mew yet, or a Gengar, or even a Tight Belt, so I'm trying other strategies. This one seems really good.

articuno works well too i ve been using him (he starts with powder snow). im especially concerned about purity forest tho.

In Wish Cave you are allowed items and two Pokémons. Besides, you need HM Surf just to get in there.
In Purity Forest, you bring only one Pokémon and absolutely no items. You loose them forever upon entering. So just store them away. Money is not allowed in both dungeons.

Yeah, id consider being a pichu with a joy ribbon cause he levels up crazy fast and bring some tms with ya so he;'' be prepared, i mean really he was level 7 on the 2nd floor for me, i got to the 38th floor and got pwned by a GIANT monsterhouse...my charizard wasted all my reviver seeds..

I find the trouble is that I can't level up fast enough to survive. Is the strategy just to stay on each floor as long as possible? I thought a Joy Scarf would help.
