I also have all the legendary Pokémon and UB that you can get from Dynamax Adventure so I would be able to host a raid for any of them.

Also I have Shiny Krookodile, Shiny Zubat, Shiny Torkoal, and Shiny Sharpedo. Also if there is something in particular your looking for I can see if I have it and if I do have it I can tell you if it’s something I would be willing to trade away.

Also I have completed all 3 dex and would pretty much be able to breed any breed able Pokémon that can be obtained in Sword and Shield.

I can also breed the Hoenn starters. Also I might have a Beast Ball laying around but if I don’t I would be able to acquire one.
