sorry, it was a accident. my internet was slow so I clicked the post button twice, sorry.

but on the other one (wich is deleted now) I was told there is a 5% chance of pikachu holding a light ball, I'm al little confused now, wich one is it??

It's 5%.
Pikachu also has a 50% chance of holding an oran berry when you catch one, BTW.

one fast way is the safari zone. the other is trading one from the japanese celebi bonus disk which i'm fortunate enough to have.

The easiest way is to pick up a copy of Emerald. Go to the safari zone with a pokemon with "Static" in your party and then just catch a buncha pikachus.
Eventually I got 4 of em that way.

5% chance a pikachu is holding a light ball in the wild(serebii.net has the info)
50% chance it has a Oran Berry. Tasty

Get a pokemon with static, say a Menetric and place it first in your party then go to tha safari zone and go mad.

Buy the way. I was wrong it has a 5% chance of holding a Light Ball. Only in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.
