To bring out Raichu[FR] to recharge then bring out Rayquaza. Or in Houndooms place, to use power tree to gain back the energy and either attach it to him or to someone else. The stradegy sounds lame but i made heaps of decks[with subs] and battled them against each other[i know that sounds so sad] and this one never lost a match.
