Crystal:
SAME AS ABOVE
Like the idea of the battle tower
Seeing the Dogs in the wild
Animations

R/S/Lg/Fr:
Likes:
New graphics
Underwater
New region
Running shoes
Contests

Dislikes:
Nintendo Events (i hate that all pokemon cannot be caught in game)
Same as above, but i hate the gaps in the pokedex
Need to resort to outside gamepacks(gamecube games)
IVs/EVs/ whatever else thats wierd like that

Emerald:

Hear good things about Battle Frontier

IMHO: A remake of Crystal, where you could choose to start in Johto or Kanto (then go to the other later on), and got to pick what your trainer looked like, with time of day and battle tower/frontier/contests would be the greatest game ever.

Red/Blue:
Likes: Been with them the longest, more experience with them. Kinda grew up with these games. I have very good memories.
Dislikes: Glitches, I'm not really a fan

Gold/Silver:
Likes: I like the region and the new Pokemon. I like how it was the first sequel and I have good memories of it too.
Dislikes: How Kanto took up a lot of space.

Ruby/Sapphire:
Likes: More realistic, much different to the first two gens. Some very good Pokemon.
Dislike: Didn't feel as special as the first two. No memories at all.

Red: Red-coloured cartridge with Charizard on tha cover, but no Ninetales in it.

Blue: Ninetales can be caught, but no Charizard on tha cover, blus cart ish blue.

Yellow: Most comprehensive of all 3 games of its gen, sexiest of Ninetales sprites, but ya can't catch her, plus tha game ish Pikachu-themed. <.=.<

Gold/Silver: Same as Red/Blue, only that I like both Lugia and Ho-oh, plus they lack all those fun Missingno. and get-all-Pkmn glitches, aswell as an inconsistent Kanto comparative ta RBY. Plus ya can't catch Charizard. <.=.<

Crystal: Most consistence of all games in tha 2nd gen, no dislikes comparative ta the other versions except that I can't catch Ninetales. -.=.-

Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald: FINALLY a series with Ninetales in all versions and a LOT of Dragons, but lots of tha good Kanto Pkmn are lost, plus I wanna re-visit older regions. T.=.T Emerald has an advantage over R/S because ya can get both Kyogre and Groudon, plus it's got really really sexayeh cinematics of Rayquaza, but overall Pkmn animations compared ta Crystal suck. >.=.<

FR/LG: The ideea of a remake ROCKED!! ^.=======.^ Sadly, glitches were removed. <.=.<

Red/Blue:
Pretty cool, introduced the general Pokémon idea. Some of the sprites were pretty bad seen from behind, though.
Yellow:
I generally dislike Pikachu, but I think it looks cute when it runs behind you, even though it is the same size as your sprite.
Gold/Silver:
New Pokémon yay woo, better graphics, day and night events.
Crystal:
Finally able to play as a girl. =_=
R/S/E:
A lot of good things, but what it lacks is night events.
FR/LG:
Not as exciting as I hoped they'd be.
