the problem is i have no idea how to get em

Make your Pokemon win in the Master rank contests and they will steadily be filled in. Like fi you win Beauty, it will be filled in, then if you win Smart, another will be filled in etc. and eventually you will be rewarded with the glass statue.

After you win the contests, the artist should talk to you and ask if any galleries are looking for paintings. Say yes and he'll give them the better-than-ordinairy painting.
