Link in differnet words

How to I place a link, but have it so someone can click a picture a I can put in a word with the link inside. I'm trying to have people click my trainer card for my story!

Ex: I like the Serebii website. and serebii would be the link

Your trainercard is already linking to imageshack, just exchange the link with the fanfiction one^^
