Linoone Pick Up Questions

Shining Milotic

I have some questions about pick up in Emerald.

1. What level does Linoone need to be at (about) to get TM 26 Earthquake?
2. What Pokémon drop TM 26?
3. Would having multiple Linoone's in my party increase my changes of getting TM 26?

If you more than one Linoone, then you might increase your chances of finding TM 26. No wild Pokemon drops TM 26, though.

So you're saying that only Pokémon owned by trainers may drop the TM?

If you have a team of say 6 Lioones (91-100) the chances of you picking up TM26 increase. This is a list of what can be picked up with level 91-100 Lioone's.

Hyper Potion (Most Common)
Rare Candy, Protein, Revive, HP Up, Full Restore, Max Revive (Common)
PP Up (Uncommon)
Max Elixer (Uncommon)
Leftovers, TM26 (Earthquake) (Almost Never)

As you can see, even with Level 91-100 Lioone's, getting leftovers and Earthquake are still extremely rare. What a lot of people do is when they're EV Training or just training in general they take a long 5 91-100 Lioone's and just battle with their pokemon and after a few battles check the held items.

This can also be called farming because people will then sell on the items to the PokeMart.

no he means nobody holds it unless your linoone picks it up.

the items aren't dropped by the opposing pokemon. for all intents and purposes, they come out of nowhere. at the end of any battle, trainer or wild pokemon, it can be picked up.

Okay, so a Linoone at level 91-100 is good and multiples help, right?

Yes, considering these items don't come from pokemon they don't have to see battle to pick anything up. So if one Linoone can get an item, then 5 sure can help. Level 91-100 are the only levels it can get TM26.
