List of how to obtain friend areas?

I know on Serebii.net there's a list of what pokemon are in in each friend area and which are found in each dungeon, but I can't find anywhere a list of how to obtain each friend area... does anyone know where I can find that info? For example I really want Thunder Meadow and Scorched Plains... Any help?

Well, I can't give you a whole list, but I can give you some info:
Some Friend Areas can only be obtained in the second part of the game, and some can be obtained as reward for a rescue.
Also, some friend Areas are automatic, you can't buy them at Wigglytuff's shop.
Just check the shop once in a while, and you'll find what you're looking for.
