Believe me, Heracross does this SO much better wih sub/reversal/swords dance/megahorn, adamant, 252 spd / 148 atk / rest in defence

if you want blaziken, use;

Fire blast/hidden power ice/thunderpunch/[focus punch or sky uppercut] @ leftovers
or
fire blast/sky uppercut/rock slide/hidden power ghost @ choice band

might as well use salamence as you're not using Focus Punch, which is the only reason to use Dragonite > Mence, apart from ice beam

I'm considering Sceptile to replace Venusaur with...Is it fine to give Scpetile 252 Spd/252 SAtk/6 Hp or give it defense EVs? This is the moveset I'm thinking of giving it: Leaf Blade, Substitute, Leech Seed, Thunder Punch/Dragon Claw or something else...Then I'm thinking of putting Swampert in somewhere....

What's wrong with Subrevving Blaziken. It can beat other stuff (Skarm/Weezing/Celebi) with STAB'ed Blazed Overheat, and it can SD.
