Living Pokédex in Gen 1 or/and 2

Living Pokédex are becoming more popular in the newer Generations. But does anyone, like me, collect a living pokédex in the first two gens? Many people seem to want a living dex because they can transfer them over to the newest games, but I am collecting full living dexes sepperately in every generation. Recently I finnished my g/s/c vc living dex, with Mew being the only one missing.

Tried with the VC version of Pokemon Red, was only able to find a friend of mine to help me. I only managed to get a few Blue exclusives and evolve my Haunter into Gengar through trading.
