has anyone ever won a pokemon game tournament at one of your local game stores and if so what did you win

I won a RuSa tourney a year or so ago at my local EB Games.. Heh.. Not much to brag about as most were 11 years ol and such. Though I did face two other good people.

I wish I could find one, but I can't. If I could I would own at an Emerald tourney as long as nobody broke out their "Rayquaza, Lugia, Groudon, Kyogre, Lati@s, and Ho-Oh" team. That might be a challenge, but as you can see in my sig banner most of my pokemon are UU and would totally kick arse against other UUS

that stinks that you cant find one, they are very rewarding, I came in 1st in my last tournament and got 50$

Where are the tournaments in Toronto Canada!!! I really want too at least particapate in one. Versing new people insted of my friends. Winning those special prizes. Btw if theres a website that tells you of any local tournaments around please either post it here or pm me please!!

EDIT: If legendarys are allowed then I would use my Legend team instead of my reguler team. Its good too have more then one team just in case. Hopefully noone uses there gamshark. Hate cheaters!!!!

We have Pokemon gameboy tournaments in Los Angeles monthly almost.

I've won lots of Pokemon tournaments, both in the gameboy and the tcg.
Most recently I won the lvl 50 big screen battle at San Jose Pokemon Rocks America. Members from the club who traveled with me there also won the other rounds for the bigscreen battles :D.
