Locations of Frontier Arenas?

Can anyone clear up for me where the Battle Frontier Arenas are located in Kanto? It's really bugging my mind. >_<

Oh yeah, and maybe also help me figure out where Oldoran castle is... I know it's in Kanto, but since I don't know where the Arenas are...

Hmm..the only one I know is the Battle Arena and The battle Pike.

Arena = Saffron City
Pike = Fuschia City

I don't know about the Oldoran Castle anywho .-.;
