Edward, I'm ashamed. You contradicted everything you said in Mav's topic.

Consider the fact that all you've gotten was positive remarks and nothing in regards of constructive until someone did. Then when someone gives constructive criticism, your little fanbase starts going off on them. To make matters worse, you join in on it.

I can say the same about you ya know. Of course nobody says anything bad about you because you ban everyone that does.

As someone who used to be an artist, I find it very annoying to get any kind of remark, positive or negative, that wasn't constructive. It's also annoying and very rude to insult someone just for giving some kind of helpful criticism.

So i see calling someone's art as "copy/paste" and closing the topic to be constructive? I should try that some time.

Sorry to say, but my statement is correct. Some of the people at this forum ARE incredibly stupid. Being an SMod, I've been around the place and would know what I'm talking about. Afterall, I do have to clean up messes that members leave around.

Must be fun to clean up at least 10 messes a day, isnt it?

The very fact that YOU can't even take criticism shows that you aren't even serious about being an artist and are on the same maturity level as your fanbase. Guess what, kiddies. Not everyone's gonna like your art, nor will they have the same opinions as you. The only way that'll change is if you LISTEN and take in mind what others have to say, rather than just blowing up on them like you and the others have.

Guess what kid, not everyone likes your philosophy about moderation because there's always gonna be people who don't and will thus rebel. The fact you can't take criticism (nor can your mod pals or "butt buddy joe") makes you a hypocrite.

To add on to that, I'ts interesting to see you only closed the Guys only thread, not the Girls only counterpart. Either you envy Mav's hentai skills, don't have the dick to use along with his art (You have balls, I'll give you that, otherwise you never would have closed the topic), or you're in with the *** patrol over in California.

Nitpicking on minor details isn't good for your health.

If you actually read in between the lines:

"copy/paste" = same style over and over again ---> Change the style a bit = improvement suggestion.

Maverick himself ASKED to be banned, if you didn't read his last post. Therefore you cannot blame the mod for closing the topic.

Your arguments are flawed and do not address your point. Critiques are not "philosophies", critiques apply to all people without discretion. Maverick was rude and insolent, why did you fail to see that? None of us swore at him or told him to STFU, while he did all those in defence for himself to continue not improving, ignoring criticism, and generally being an *** to all those who find there is room for improvement in his art. The fact that he does not care about art means he shouldn't be getting the respect he gets from people like you in the first place.

Hello. Obviously you missed the other posts made by others. I closed the thread because it went severely off topic, Mav said he wasn't going to do anymore artwork, and apparently no one understood that Kirby and others were giving constructive criticism while YOU and others went on with "lolz what gimmick are you?" and bashed them for pointing out flaws in art and supplying info with what could use work. I highly doubt "what gimmick are you?" is anything constructive from your side.

Kid? I'm 20 years old. Hardly a kid. And how was I not taking criticism? It's not my art. I was being a critic, as were others. Mav chose to ignore it because he didn't care. You and other bashed the critics for their views being opposite of yours. Learn what criticism is, pal.

I didn't close the girls one because it didn't get out of hand like the guy one. Why would I envy his hentai? Have you SEEN his hentai? I never knew a penis head was the same color as a guy's bush. Nor the lips of a girl being the same color as her hair. And last I checked, didn't we say you're not allowed to say "***?"
