Longest battle

noobers

ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ
I think my longest battle I've ever had was a battle in the Battle Factory.

Lapras
Female
Surf
Attract
Sing
Confuse Ray

vs.

Vaporeon
Male
Surf
Ice Beam
Shadow Ball
????

And both of them had Water Absorb. It took me at least 45 minutes to defeat Vaporeon with Struggle.XD

Mine was just before the battle took 50 minutes and had at least 150 turns but My Curselax won Because it used Curse ten times(to get rid of PP) and beat a Crobat and Cradily In two hits with Struggle lol

My longest battle was in Gold, at Ecruteak City's gym. All my pokemon fainted, except for my Togepi. It used up all the PP for its Metronome attack, so all I could use was Growl. I won because Morty's Haunter couldn't touch me. It Struggled till it fainted. (Survived by Growling its attack to nothing.)

My longest battle was my Lapras against a Snorlax in the Crystal Battle Tower. We both had rest, and it took all of our moves and some struggles until the Snorlax eventually won!!! GRrRRrrrRRrRR

probally when i had my lvl 100 arcanine against a lvl 100 blastoise and blastoise could only use withdraw while i only had flame wheel which did nothing pretty much and then he eventually killed me in strugle

Grass Guardian

Rags to Riches
My final match against Noland in the battle factory.

He was down to his last pokemon, Blissey (Fire Blast, Blizzard, Soft Boiled, Calm Mind)

And I was down to my Blastoise and Arcanine. I couldn't use Blastoise because Blissey had maxed out her special defense and all Blastoise had was Surf and Ice Beam for attacking moves. So I stalled with my Arcanine until all Blissey could do was struggle and I used up all the PP on Arcanine except Aerial Ace. Then I used that move to FINALLY take the big, pink pig out. 40 minutes to take out one pokemon. Thank god she was his last and I won the match.

It took me forever to beat Juan because of his Kingdra with Smokescreen and Double Team. That was my longest battle.

Steel-Type Trainer

Steelix Dancer
I was in the Battle Palace. My Lapras against Spenser's Lapras.

Mine:
T-bolt
Confuse Ray
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam

His:
Horn Drill
Confuse Ray
Ice Beam
Surf or Hydro Pump

Anyway, my Lapras was my last hope against Spenser's Lapras. Both my Gengar and Blaziken had given up their last HPs defeating Crobat and Slaking.
It wouldn't have been such a long (and nervewracking) battle if my Lapras had decided to use something other than Confuse Ray! Raargh! And Spenser's Lapras was bent on OHKOing my Lapras. Finally, after what seemed to be a half=hour battle, my Lapras went on a T-bolt spree. Huzzah!

I remember my battle against Spenser in the Battle Palace on Emerald... it took my Latias like ten or twenty minutes to kill his crobat. I was confused from confuse ray, and Crobat always used fly. I would either hurt myself or not move at all on the turns Crobat was on the ground, and I would only attack when it was in the air. >_< Eventually, I died...
But I still one the battle, thanks to Swampert and Blaziken. :D
The I recorded the battle on my pass. Watching the whole thing took like fifteen minutes. o_O

Then I remember this battle I had in the battle factory, where I had a Blissey, and my opponent had a Miltank. My moves were Toxic, Double team, Softboiled, and some non-attacking move that I can't remember. So Toxic was my only move that could weaken the foe, but unfortuantely, my previous pokemon had paralyzed Miltank with body slam, so I couldn't do a thing to my opponent. >_>
So then for the next twenty minutes I'm stuck trying to waste all the PP in my moves just so I can use struggle, and actually hurt it! I eventually drained all the power points out of my moves, and was struggling it to death. Of course, it didn't do much damage. The really bad part, however, was that Miltank still had PP left in its moves, and one of its moves happened to be Milk Drink....
So there I am, struggling to do some damage on the foe, while it's just recover the little damage it takes, making me have to do that all over again. Then, Miltank ran out of PP, and it went down to a struggle war. I had no source of recovery left, and had been taking recoil damage from struggle all these turns, and Miltank had good attack, so I was the looser of this war...
I was so anfry, that battle took what seemed like an eternity... :/

How did you win, exactly? Vaporeon would've killed you a long time before you had a chance to struggle, with Shadow Ball.

I had a similar experience, only, my Normal-type Pokémon was an Eevee.

Before Lapras died? Nah .. I'm farely sure it would faint, seeing as you can't use healing items, and Lapras had no healing moves. :\

My longest battle was probably against Pike Queen Lucy in the Battle Pike. Her Shuckle has a great annoyer moveset and can keep you going for ages.

My longest battle was against a chancey on firered, It used attract on me and my flareon used attract on the chancey so the battle went on for a very long time due to the chanceys health stat. And none of us managed to attack so i just restarted the game lol.
