This Pokepoem is dedicated to Ash....

Look At You Now!

I remember following you on your adventure
You left when you were but a lad of 10...
You didn't really know how to battle, or even what the types were,
You were shocked when your own Pokedex called you stupid

You took someone else's property when you were in a pinch,
You won your first badges by your kindness...
But as you traveled, you matured not just your body
But your training matured as well

Look at you now!
You skillfully battle and bring opponents to their knees
And you can rattle off any facts about Pokemon with ease!

Look at you now!
You always return what you borrow on time
And win all your badges fair and square,
As your journey continues to places far away,
I do believe you'll truly be a Master one day.

This was great! Dedicated to Ash this time, it was! And yes, look at him now, boys and girls! *shines spotlight on Ash* He's definately gotten better! Look at his Pokemon! Look at how many badges he has! Friends! Battle skills! The jokes he makes! His figure! Er, not figure, but...yeah.

Great work, FlamingRuby! If you keep this up, you'll tie Byzantium! Even with or without rhymes in many sections! And yes, I loved the way his PokeDex called him stupid, hee hee!

Well, great job! And let me guess, you thought this up within a short amount of time, didn't you? *winknudge* Can't wait for more!

That was such a wonderful poem, FlamingRuby. Ash has grown so much over his journey. He has many friends, pokemon, and badges. His battle skills have grown too. He is a really good and tough trainer. I think that its neat how you're making different poems for the different people in Pokemon. Great job!

You were shocked when your own Pokedex called you stupid

*Snorts* I like that bit, reminds of the old anime days.

It’s true, Ash has done a lot as a kid. I like this poem as well because it reminds me of some inspirational songs I like: ‘You can do it if you really try’ from the pokemon soundtrack, ‘One Moment In Time’ by Whitney Houston, etc. That’s probably the main reason why I like this fic because it is that. Liked the rhythm as well.
