...and as Itachi said that one hair makes it look like HER face is split...

I think you should just make that strand of hair in her face shorter. That outta do it.

For one, I enlarged it, because small doesn't do too good. Thats 3x bigger than normal sprite....

Second, I never asked whether it was impressive or not, I was just wondering how I could improve on it, I'm looking for construstive crit...not just crit....

Okay, what if you tried making this at the normal size? Smaller might be harder to work with, but when you enlarge it, what was once one pixel wide becomes three pixels wide. Then you go in after it has been enlarged and add one pixel wide lines, it just dosen't look right. If you made the hands smaller and moved them up, it might help make the body look bigger and more proportionate.

I tried moving them up...but, Rukia looked like she got muscles...I think I'm going to do 2 pixal though.
