Well, I made a new Website and here's the link. sourtoesnails. It doesn't have that much content, it's new. Rate my layout, and tell me how it can be better. I know the banner isn't that good x_x

Concerning the layout:
You site is almost picture-less.
Add a banner at least.
There should be some space between the content text and the right border.
I'd also recommend to move the navigation to the left and the affiliates section to the right.

Other than that, your layout is pretty nice.

If someone wanted to be staff on your site, they'd proably need more info on which people exactly you are looking for.
