Thats the whole reason y itz considered an uber.

Shadow tage locks the pokemon into battle so u can predict wat they'l ldo w/ that pokemon. They use an attack u send it bak double. U use a buffing move ie Calm Mind, u encore and switch for the kill. If it dies u can Destiny Bond.

Wobbuffet Lock FTW!

Regular Moveset.

Mirror Coat - doubles opponents special attack power and throws it back at it
Encore - Makes opponent pokemon use pervious attack consecutively for 5 turns
Counter - doubles opponents physical attack power and throws it back at it
Destiny Bond - If user faints, opponent goes with it.

Base Stats:
Hp: 190
Attck: 33
Def: 58
Sp.Atck:33
Sp. Def: 58
Sp; 33

Now at a glance, it's bast stat is it's HP making it a decent HP tank. All the other stats ar lackluster. But, stats don't necessarily make this pokemon a Uber it's its Moveset. Okay, say the pokemon uses say, Flamethrower. You can then use Encore to make that pokemon use it again so you can ensure that the next move will be the same. Then you use Mirror Coat which Doubles Flamethrowers attack andsends it back at the opponent, thus making it a 190 powered attack . To add on to that, Mirror Coat gets a STAB making it 380 powered attack. Use that same strategy with a Physical attack and use Counter. If Wobbufett is about to die use Destiny Bond to take that opponent with you.
