It had the first 5 Eevee evolutions in the bottom right corner and the TCG type icons for each of them, and a grey boarder or something near but not on the outside of a picture. I had it two computers ago and I have no idea where to get it again.

The best idea is if you got it from Google,YOU WILL NEVER GET IT AGAIN!Google frequently changes all there pictures!So you should probably try to find something similar.

I don't know where I got it; for all I know it might have come from one of the advent calendars on this very site.
