Looking for some help with my Pokemon League

Hey guys im starting an online Pokemon league, with player rankings, gym leaders, and champions. I have the software needed, I just need some help with the basic upkeep and im looking for 5 referee's and 2 admins. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have some experience with websites...Ive tried to offer this to 10 other people and their sites to help em out but I dont think they can comrehend this at all and so they decided to stick with their poorly made, free hosted websites. Im running this on a dedicated server that I bought and am really trying to push this! p.s. If you want to be one of our 8 gym leaders we will be needing please post your experience and what types you like to train with.

neither it where you can find people to play on diamond and pearl when it comes out....and raise your rank and face our gym leaders

Well, I would love to be an Elemental Gym Leader (A gym leader who uses different types) but I don't thnk I would be good enough. Besides, I am still desgining my site ideas which I decided not to give up.
