Looking for Umbreon

To be more specific, I'm looking for an Umbreon with the following attributes:

1) Any of the following natures: Bold, Calm, Careful, Impish, Relaxed, Sassy, or any of the "no benefits" natures

2) The lower the level, the better.

3) Female? Even better.

4) Shiny? Holy crap. I soiled myself. (If this is the case, the previous stipulations are null and void, and I'd trade my modest Mewtwo or WISHMKR Jirachi for it. Or both. With a TM of your choice.)

I've got loads of Pokemon, so just ask if I have a specific one, and there'll be a good chance that I may have it.

...Well then, that's the only kind of type I don't have / am willing to trade. Unless you care for a Shining Zubat, you're not gonna be fishing any shining Pokemon from me.

Edit: Actualy, if you have a female squirtle, mudkip, or chikorita either of those would work. (I want them in that order, if you have all of em I'd like squirtle, etc.)
