Kyogre is Modest, Azelf is Calm, Rhyperior is Rash.

Pretty sure it's legit. I got a used copy of Sapphire and I'm busily suctioning the last owner's stuff into my copy of Diamond. So I'm not the OT of the Kyogre, but it doesn't seem like the previous owner did anything funny.
