Your Scratches need improving a lot^^ first, make them bigger. not by just enlarging, Start them again, At a larger size with shadng and Outline shades.

 

[Dark Venusaur]

Wow that Gulbarb looks amazing thats the best one out of everything you made. also for the the Mario wacking Luigi picture you could of made Luigi's head a little less flatter. And also the fake Pokemon are way to small take Aqua_Charlie's advice when it comes to the fake Pokemon.

The sprites need loads of work, as shown below...

Running Chao- Doesn't really look like it's running, but more like it is wobbling franticly inside a baby carridge.
Fakemon- Shading needs loads of work.
Scratch Cyndaquil- Needs more work on shading... Looks all jagged.
Mixes- Choppy looking, try to clean up the work area. The outline looks weird, too.
Sudloom- Works some more on the head, looks like the top puff was not blended into the body, but simply copied and pasted.

To make it simpler, let us just say that most of your sprites are mediocre, and need work.
