i have but only once i was like ya o ya i won a master ball woo hoo but i must have done 5 dozen times and get annoying but when you get it it's worth it so keep trying it helps alot thats how i caught both kyogre and groudon with master balls

you won´t believe, but it´s a max revive...

I´ve won a lot of times, I already won 3 Exp share, and something near 30 PPups.

(I prefer win PPups than master ball!)

I've only won once in my emerald version and it was only an EXP. share. I have a lot of them cos I've restarted my emerald, FR and LG several times and traded the EXP. shares to emerald; so I didn't really need that EXP. share, I would rather win pp ups, calcium, proteins, etc.

I'd probably prefer PP ups to Master Balls like Volteon.

Yay finally I won, I got a PP Up. The lotto number is 26777 and a gastly in my box is 35977.

Ive only won once and that was getting an exp share i would need a masterball for when i get an aurora or mystic ticket but other than that my pokedex is 370 so for the time being i dont really need one

I won only once and it was an EXP. Share. I need a Master Ball but I've stopped trying. My friend told me once that he won first place in the lotto but got only a Max Revive. I'm not sure if I sould believe him....

Yes, on Ruby Sapphire and Emerald about twenty times each if not more. Atleast 120 times in GSC

In my ruby (now i have my best pokémon sended to my FireRed) I've won it 12 times!!! Believe it or not , actually I wasn't very happy... But I traded like .... for ruby, I've counted them a month ago and I had 34 different numbers, now probably even more!!! But winning SUCKS, I HATE MAX REVIVES
