For Christmas I got both Ruby and Sapphire and would like to ask you a few questions.
1. Have you got any tips on how to raise my Golbat into Crobat?
2. Unfortunately I missed getting my Eon Ticket and I am a little worried about sending my cartridge away. Is there another way of getting the Eon Ticket?

1: just go battle with it a lot. try not letting it faint.

You can also raise your Pokemon's happiness by giving it Rare Candies and Vitamins like Protien and Zinc.

You can only send your game to Nintendo if you're in the UK, but in the US (not sure if these ended up in the UK) you can get an e-reader and an Eon Ticket, which is an e-card, so it's an actual physical item. They were given out in an issue of Nintendo Power magazine and I think at a few events around that time. You can probably find one on eBay or other auction site.

Having them hold the Soothe Bell can help with the Happiness level

a question,like makes to give love to a pokemon, a friend tells me that it is with the pokeblocks but I don't believe him.

If you give the Pokemon Pokeblocks, then its happiness will go up.

Actually Pokeblocks surprisingly do NOT affect a Pokemon's happiness. Only its Contest stats.

I believe you can only send it in if you're in the UK or Holland.
