The guy's eyes are too misplaced; they reach far off to the left, to fix that move it back a little.

Personally, I think the eyes are fine, it's just something about the guy's jaw seems too un-natural. Perhaps they're a tad too sharp or square-ish. But anywho, other than that, I really like the rest of the proportions, specially the girl's fingers, very well drawn indeed.
