No offense, but they don't really look like real pokemon. Your regions are good, they just need a little work with the shading issue. As for the fakemons, they don't have the right shading. With alot practice you could be a great spriter. I don't know if this helps, but just try it. Try comparing your fakemons to real pokemon, then if they don't look right fix them. Hope I helped.
