Moderately exciting for the TCG, first banned card in over 10 years, this one is almost no surprise, Lysandre's trump card or LTC for short, this card made it possible for very little strategy to exist while also being able to counter decks that rely on milling itself to win. It did also for the most part make seismetoad EX possibly far to over powered giving it an endless amount of cards to hurdle at you, welcome back night march.

The LTC Ban changes the game a lot, being decked out is now a huge threat, also no way to get back stuff like DCEs or goodies for toad.

Hmm, deck out decks aren't that much of a threat, 6 ko's against weak pokemon and losing max 24 cards, not a big deal, and since we played in an LTC format the knowledge of decking out to saving yourself is some pretty powerful knowledge.

Idk, Toad was starting to be the only play other then a deck that countered toad, so it's good to be able to play something other then 3 decks.

I meant to pop on here sooner to comment, but I was very pleased when the ban was announced! I was even more pleased when it went into effect, as I didn't have to face oh-so-many Seismitoad and Slurpuff decks!

I'll miss using my Crobat and Wobbuffett deck, but the ban on Lysandre's Trump Card was definitely for the best!
