It couldn't be a Shadow Ball. Shadow Ball is black and purple. This blast thing that Lucario uses is blue.

EDIT: Pulse Bomb? Cool.... thankyou.

In the Movie, it was Wave Guiding Bomb. Which in the games is called Pulse Bomb.

WRONG. Wave-guiding bomb(Hadou-ban) was a mistranslation from the Jap. name and now is translated as Pulse Bomb.
