My vote goes to Lucario. Swords Dance, Close Combat, Crunch and Stone Edge make it a great Pokémon. He also has a higher Base Stat Total than Zoroark.

Do not count type (dis)advantages!

I love both, especially Lucario's pre evolution Riolu but if I were to choose it would be Zoroark. Just because I love how it shape shifts into the Pokemon in your last slot.

I LOVE Zoroark's ability! It's the only 5th Generation Pokémon I like.
