Lucky, cheap and annoying losses you have suffered?

I hate lucky, cheap and annoying losses!! Especially in battle factory! For example I maxed out my espeon using calm mind because the idiot ludicolo kept on using rain dance, then all the sudden he uses surf gets a critical hit and Im toast. UGH!! I cant tell you how any battles Ivelost because I got paralyzed fou times in a row, or a critical rears its ugly head just when Im about finish the kill. Exploders annoy me too.


I wish they would take luck out of the mix. Thats why I have armaldo and lapras because they block critical hits and I know every battlewon was because of skill not luck. So what are your opinions? Doesnt it annoy you too. The most frustrating thing ever Is when your up agianst a pokemon you have an amazing advantage over and your robably going to kill them in one go, then they get the first hit with a 1 hit K-O attack. It drives me insane!

I once on ruby had a Fortress battling in the Battle tower against a skarmory. Fortress had earthquake, toxic, explosion, and secret power that was used up. I couldn't remember if fortress was my last pokemon so I took a chance and used explosion... it was my last pokemon...

Great as always
Some my pokemon were using Explosion and my foes were using Protect. My pokemon fainted and foes were still fine. Situations like that are very annoying.

YOu lucky child. I don't have emerald but my sister does. she keeps complaining about how hard it is.

Mainly for me the definition of cheap includes repeated moves like keping on using Surf or something like that. Heres a battle:
VS Wallace on emerald.
All my pokemon lost to a damn double teaming Ludicolo that kept on using Surf= DAMN!~!!!!!!

when battling with my friends. I was about to finish him off with my arcanine cause he was using a metagross. All of a sudden his metagross exploded and killed my arcanine- which was my last pokemon and he won because he still had his ninjask. Bottom line is I really do not like suprised explosions!

I'm constantly a victim of things like missing with a 90% accuracy three times in a row, getting critted by the AI four times in a row, and consistently getting hit by a slower Pokemon with a Quick Claw and a OHKO move.

Wow, you're serious? Poor thing. o_o;;

Many times I've been faced with a foe who always manages to use protect successfully up to FOUR FRIGGIN' TIMES IN A ROW!! XD

That was the highest number of Protects I've ever faced. Usually if a foe manages to use Protect twice in a row I'll start yelling things at the DS (or TV, if it's Pokemon X D) such as "You're never going to beat me if you keep using that!" Needless to say, I've never been beaten by a Protect-user, but it's a very easy way to get on my nerves.

When I was battling at Battle Pike and got to the 3rd to the last room before Lucy (for the Silver Symbol) my Raichu got frozen by that old man's DUSCLOP'S ICE BEAM! Then at the 2nd to the last room I was unlucky enough to go the the room where they don't heal the Pokemon. My Charizard beat Seviper (amazingly) then I battled Lucy's Milotic with Raichu and it wouldn't defrost. I kept on using Volt Tackle and it fainted because of the FROZEN STATUS and Milotic using Surf. So I sent my Lapras and Thunderbolted Milotic out of the way (a miracle!) but I still lost when it got to Shuckle. TOXIC AND SANDSTORM beat me. It beat Lapras. I need to raise my team a lot more. But they're all LVL 100 Already.
