First of all, you should use proper grammar, it will probably get more people to help you.
Second, a Lucky Egg is an item attached to wild Chanseys. You have a 5% chance of finding the item. When you give it to a pokémon and battle with that pokémon, that pokémon will earn more exp. than usual.
