You need FR\LG games for it. You must catch a Chansey in a Safari Zone. They're really rare. 5% that it will be holding Lucky Egg.

It's a Chansey hold item, but I believe the chanses of finding one are like 1.5

soo... breed some chanseys and hope one has a luckey egg

You find it on a wild chansey in FRLG in the safari zone. BUT and that's a big but, as chansey is very rare and the lucky egg is very rare on chansey.

The other way is to play Pokemon XD: Gale of darkness and complete the main quest then you can embark on a short quest after it to get a lucky egg.

No. You use macho brace to train up pokemons stat

no i mean stronger like a pokemon at level five with lucky egg no one at like 50 yes.

If you give a lvl 5 a exp. share, and go to E4 with another strong pokemon, It wil gain about 2000+ exp
