It actually has. The turbines attached to the plane's wings, you see? Find them and imagine the plane in 3D -.-;

But the fact is, this is kinda random art. Not as it would be a bad thing xD!
But, yes, Lugia could be more "reflected".

The first one is cool. The water looks neat! ^.^ I think the shadow stands out a little. If the edges were a little softer, it would look more like a shadow, IMO.

Snake on a plane... that is funny. XD
