Lugia or Shadow Lugia?

Which on do you like better? Lugia or Shadow Lugia?

Lugia because it can level up.

Still, I rather like the concept behind Shadow Lugia. And seeing how I abhorr Lugia's br0kenness, I could say I prefer Shadow Lugia indeed. After all, I could care less about Legendaries. Especially 00bers. And Shadow Lugia being the first Extra Dark Pokémon and existing truly enriches "The Uprise of Cipher"...

Now, if it were Ho-Oh... other words would've been spoken.

I don't really like etheir. Sure, Shadow Lugia is somewhat cool, but not cool enough for me to vote one it, I think Shadow Ho-oh would have been better IMO

I think Shadow Lugia looks cool, but it's not all that great. Normal Lugia looks cool as it is, and you don't have to purify it. (Which is so freaking hard to do. IMO)

If I had to choose one...Normal Lugia. Simplistic as Lugia is, at least it's not pretending that inverted colors, pointier toes, and spikier & curvier...eye-spikes...are enough to warrant going "OMFG THAT'S AWESOME!!!11one". :<

I like lugia better because he can learn different moves. Shadow lugia only has shadow moves.
