Introduction
It began when humans and pokemon were in harmony, and each respected others. But one was very different. His name was Kaguto. He dis-liked pokemon very much, and was a fairly good 'wizard'. He did, though have a Lugia, which he adored very truly. He knew that Lugia, was very, in it's way, powerful. So he set aside a quest for him and Lugia. "Lugia," He paused. "My dearest friend, when all inferior pokemon shall die I will come for you," Kaguto assured his friend. He took a stone and made a collar with a pendant, which was the stone. It brilliantly shone on Lugia's neck. But Kaguto never came back, for a few years later he was sent to jail for 'hatred talk of pokemon with civilians'. Kaguto soon escaped, but.. Let's just say, the next morning a body was found in the hidden woods of pokemon.
Many decades later, Lugia awoke from a deep sleep by children. He growled, for he did not like children, especially young ones. Where is Kaguto!? He quietly hissed in a hazy whisper. But the children cheered away. Lugia flew away, creating 'The Winds of Death'. Many innocent ones died, and thousands of pokemon were injured. A few teenagers, which had seen Kaguto and Lugia as toddlers, were determined to find out what happened, from beggining to end. They were ready. They didn't know how, but they would, could, show Lugia, what was happening.
And now, they were set; six pokeballs, two-thousand pokedollars, a potion, and a best friend.

Your starter can be any basic pokemon, any starter pokemon, but it can't be basic ones that don't evolve(such as Absol), got it?
