foreground background image (if you want, leave black if you don't want one): Can this be used? Or anything similar? its called starry nights

That's not the looker, but if my theory is correct, he's The Doctor from doctor who, who is supposed to look like the looker, because he looks like the looker.
Also, I believe your judgement, tweak around whatever is needed, its gonna come out fantastic anyway.

anyway I want to let everyone know as a update that I am not sure if i be able to get the two requests done before i leave for the con in two weeks if not once I get back I am defiantly gunna get them done asap once I get back. I am just mostly working on preparation to the con right now...

I probably would have to tint the whole image to purple then if that is the case I am not that experience in photoshop to do that but i can try...
