Chaotic Pink
Let the zephyr blow.
Lurking in the shadows, dancing in the dusk
There are two types of people in Prettilia (pronounced P-Retti-lay-er), the Fairys, a mysterious host of men and woman who spend their time dancing in the dusk and disappear in the day. Then theres the Ogres, they lurk in the shadows by night, yet sometimes in the dead of the night they come and gobble up the youngest of the Fairys. By day they rule the land.
But, somehow Dozio, the adviser of Prettilia, wants this to change. He ventures into the Ogres palace at daylight and brings great gifts. Even though, the Ogres aren't all that pleased and along the way it doesn't always work out.
Extract:
Around the misty lake, thousand of fairies danced. Picking their small, elegant feet up and twirling in time to the slow, yet rhythmic music. Small dresses swept in the warming breeze, they swung from side to side, like a pendulums swing. The fairies were elegant people, the men sore trousers that were slightly baggy and pale in colour with miniscule shirts normally in a light green shade. The women too wore pale dresses, long and elegant with a part at the back that drapped downwords towards the floor. A long way off.
It was usually like this. Sometimes the fairies chose up beat music to dance to, but one thing that never changed was the venue and time. Always around the misty lake, it was mysterious as the mist rose and rose, surrounding the fairies in delicate clouds that made them seem even more pretty. Apart from that, they always danced in the dusk, maybe it was the repetitiveness that made fairies from all over come, they knew that every dusk time they could venture down and join in. Either way, it was always like this. They were tiny rulers. Rulers of the night time, victims of the day.
*
On the other hand, there were the ogres. They lurked in the shadows, waiting to reach out and snatch the fairies and eat them until all that were left were tiny bones. Only small enough to make a authentic bone necklace.
Humongous creatures they were, with large green heads the size of wide screen tvs. The exact shape, sometimes they had red or purple heads, demending on their ferociousness. Unlike the fairies, they were ungraceful creatures, that thudded from A to B instead of gliding. Kindness was forever absent and cruelty was paramount. Ogres ruled the day, and lurked in the shadows that the night brought.
*
Overall, they were the complete opposite. One group was graceful, carefree and kind. The other thudding, menacing and evil. They would never be able to work together. Not unless the moon fell from the sky and the world was about to end.
Never.

Thats the extract, and the opening paragraphs, so is there any cliches you can forsee or anything that doesn't work. Either way please comment.
I personally love the title, and if I manage to have good description, then howfully it will turn out beautifully. I have 2 others fics in the pipeline, so they take priority!
