Lv 100, EXP?

I just wonder (cuz I never had a pokemon at level 100) what happens when a lv 100 pokemon defeat someone? Nothing?

The "so-and-so received xxx EXP. points" message is omitted. If you switch during the battle, the non-L100 still only receives part of the experience it would have had it battled alone.

Pokemon don't evolve at Lv. 100 after using a Rare Candy.

If you do use a Rare Candy on a Lv. 100, all it will say is "It won't have any effect." Or something along those lines.

Only pokemon that can evolve by stones, trades, or trading while holding an item can evolve at level 100, I don't think there's anything else than that. Rare candies don't work on lv.100 pokemon.

Really, probably the best way to put it: Once you are at level 100, there are very few things you can do to change your pokemon. The ones that come to mind are: use evolution stones, feed it pokeblocks (if it hasn't had 12 already), feed it vitamins (if it's not fully EV-trained), and feed it berries that will lower it's EVs (not advisable because you CANNOT fully EV train a lv 100 pokemon... unless you do a 100/100/100/100/100/10 pathetic vitamin spread). Correct me if I missed something.

It means that if you havent evolved a pokemon yet, and you use a rare candy, it wont lvl up it will evolve e.g: Croconaw, lvl 100, use rarecandy, Huh, croconaw...blah blah blah...congrats.! your croconaw has evolved into a feraligator!
